Internal Communications Analyst III

Grupo BBF was born with the aim of changing the energy matrix in the North of the country, creating jobs, generating income and reducing the cost of electricity for the region's population, using biofuels developed from palm oil to generate clean electricity in the heart of the Amazon rainforest.

We have an opportunity for an Internal Communications Analyst III to join our team!

What your day-to-day life will be like:

• Developing Campaigns and Internal Communications to communicate the company's initiatives to the employees of Grupo BBF.
• Define and prioritize content guidelines with internal areas, ensuring uniformity in the message and alignment with corporate strategy.
• Managing the current internal communication channels and updating the content, following the joint communication plan with the group's areas.
• Being the focal point with internal areas, especially HR, for developing communication about the company's campaigns and news.
• Developing and managing communication channels for the internal public (intranet, groups, workspace, etc.).
• Leading a squad of designers to produce content and graphic pieces (knowledge of Canvas, Photoshop and other image editing tools).
• Managing the workflow and SLA for Internal Communication deliveries, as well as prioritizing activities in line with the integrated communication calendar.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Higher education in Social Communication, Journalism or Public Relations.
• Graphic editing tools (Photoshop, Canvas, PowerPoint, among others).
• Project management tools (e.g. Trello).
• Autonomy to conduct Internal Communication agendas in an integrated and consultative manner with other areas of the company.

• Have a hands-on profile, good organization to prioritize day-to-day activities;
• Have availability for 100% face-to-face mode;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, will act as a focal point for communication demands with the company's internal areas;
• Great writer, will lead the development of texts and newsletters together with the graphic designer of the area.
