HR Analyst III

What your day-to-day life will be like:

• Processing and checking payroll, ensuring payment and collection within the established deadlines.
• Accompanying admission exams, receiving documentation, qualifying for eSocial, registering new employees in the system and settling them in.
• Control schedules, calculate and check vacations, issue and control document signatures, process and send information to the financial department.
• Analyzing dismissals, guiding those involved, calculating and approving contract terminations.
• Monitoring schedules, processing electronic time clocks and checking records in the system.
• Assisting internal employees with HR rules and procedures, offering guidance and solutions.
• Managing benefits, dealing with labor issues and interacting with related areas.
• Carrying out internal audits and training on HR procedures.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital documentation of the area's processes.
• Generate and validate bank remittances, integrate payments and prepare social charges.
• Preparing management reports for decision-making.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Experience with SAP (essential)
• Knowledge of labor and social security routines
• Advanced knowledge of the Office Package
• Excellent interpersonal relations and teamwork skills
• Higher education in Administration or related areas
