Process Analyst III

Grupo BBF was born with the aim of changing the energy matrix in the North of the country, creating jobs, generating income and reducing the cost of electricity for the region's population, using biofuels developed from palm oil to generate clean electricity in the heart of the Amazon rainforest.

We have an opportunity for a Process Analyst III to join our team!

What your day-to-day life will be like:

• Working on integration between different corporate systems to ensure the fluidity and accuracy of information.
• Ensuring that processes meet legal, corporate, tax, accounting and administrative requirements.
• Interacting with different areas of the company to ensure alignment and effective execution of processes.
• Its aim is to simplify operations or develop solutions that allow for greater efficiency or increased productivity.
• Ensuring that processes are aligned with the organization's objectives and standards.
• Design and implement technology-based programs to automate routine processes.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Process management methodologies such as BPM (AS IS and TO BE), UML and PDCA.
• Quality tools such as SMART, Lean and 5S.
• Development and control of KPIs.
• Experience with IT tools such as SAP (EC, ECP, S/4Hana), knowledge of networks and IT infrastructure will be a plus.
• Degree in Business, Engineering, IT or related areas. Postgraduate studies or specializations in Process Management, Quality or BPO are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project and process and modeling tools, BIZAGI.

• Certifications in related areas such as Project Management (PMBOK, Agile) or ITIL can be a plus.
